COVID-19 Vaccinations

The School Age COVID Vaccination Team will be in school on to give the COVID vaccine to all those pupils with parental consent on the 17th March.
Please see the attached letter explaining the instructions about the process of asking for consent or to decline for the vaccine.
Please note you will still need to consent online even if you completed the 1st vaccination form and require the 2nd vaccination for your child.
You can also complete the form if the child has had one or two doses elsewhere or if you do not wish to have the vaccination.
Please note the timeframes for consenting. Your school will close for consents for this term at midnight on Sunday 13th March.
